Erik is a bit of an unusual consultant.  He never graduated from high school, he has never prepared for a meeting in his life and he has never dressed up beyond jeans and black tee shirt.  Yet he is the most confidence-inspiring person in the office, as well as one of the best developers.  Just imagine what he could do if he made even a little bit of effort!

As a side note - if you ever find yourself drinking with Erik, try to convince him to talk in "stereotype Italian voice".
