Provide a flexible, reliable platform for hundreds of franchises

Entrée Vous provides cooking classes and pre-made professional dinners in 8 locations throughout the east and south east, with 55 new kitchens currently in development.

Entrée Vous had been up and running with a site based on PHP for years that supported their two initial locations. They began to see slowdowns in performance at the same time they were planning to offer franchising opportunities. Entrée Vous engaged Carbon Five to rebuild the site from the ground up.

The new Entrée Vous site needed a solid foundation of systems, software architecture and support. It needed to scale to handle hundreds of franchises around the country and thousands of customers. It would provide the customer web site, the franchise point-of-sale system and financial reporting system.

We quickly realized that the path to success for Entrée Vous was a straightforward application of solid tools, techniques and process done by an experience team. This application wasn't about fancy bells and whistles, it was about making sure the site doesn't go down leaving potentially hundreds of small business franchises in the lurch.

To accomplish these goals, Carbon Five got to work applying the same skills and tools on the Entrée Vous site as we had successfully in the past with much larger clients such as Charles Schwab, Calvin Klein and National Geographic Society. We were able to use enterprise technologies and do so in a way affordable to a smaller company with large-company aspirations.

We are currently engaged in a 36-month support contract to make sure Entrée Vous is never left in harm's way.
